This is with reference to the facing challenge in Aadhaar Authentication, It has been observed that few applications rejected at e-KYC Authentication and e-Sign authentication stage due to the following parameters.

e-KYC authentication page :-

1.       Bio-metric device not working at ekyc authentication page  due to following observations.

·  User using outdated windows version ie. Window 7.           –> Request you to update latest window version

·  Not using secured Bio-metric set up i.e. HTTPS.                 –> Request you to install HTTPS set up

·  Latest drivers of Morpho/Mantra not updated.                   –> Request you to install latest Mantra/Morpho drivers


2.       During application, Bio-metric device not installed properly, hence user getting error of “ Exception occurred”.  User has to check installation of Bio-metric device.

e-Sign authentication page :-

1.       Before redirection to esign authentication page, user is not enable “Pop up blocker”.  Hence, user is getting message “ Redirecting to esign page”.  Request you to inform user to enable “Pop up blocker”.

·  To enable the “Pop-up blocker” open google chrome and go to the Setting–>Privacy and security–>Site Setting–>Pop-ups and redirects and then click on Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects as per the below screenshot
